SEBIM®
DSM 3000 Small size reactor safety valve
The SEBIM® POSV type DSM 3000 was developed especially for submarines, scaled down reactors, experimental reactors, PWR, PHWR, or HTGR. The piloting system, which is integrated into the main valve, operates under steam, gas, liquid, or two phase flow duties.
EXCELLENT OPERATION IRRESPECTIVE OF FLUID TYPE
-
Steam, gas, liquid, or two-phase applications
-
Leak tightness up to the set-pressure minimizes the mechanisms rate of aging
-
Non-flowing pilot valve minimizes mechanisms rate of aging
-
Proven reliability
-
Perfect accuracy (better than 1%)
-
Repeatability (lower than 1%)
-
Soft opening & closing decreases the load on surrounding equipment
-
Low or high pressure in-situ test during operation for preventative maintenance
-
In-situ testing with or without pressure in the protected system (optional)
-
Available remote control K1-1E qualified, IP 65 with 100% operating factor
-
Maintained stability even when flow capacity is below the maximum rate; no chattering
-
Reduced maintenance over a 10 years operating cycle
-
Tubeless design
